Chinese Speaking and Listening Course vol.2 (Grade 2)


Altogether there are three volumes, each of which is divided into two volumes. The first two are used in the first semester, the third used in the second semester. The course is divided into three stages: the phonetic stage for developing the pronunciation skills and learning common characters, the grammar stage for developing simple communication skills through conversations, and the lexical stage for expanding vocabulary through essays reading, and developing the ability to express themselves. Grammar, words and sentences are put into the real life situations. The textbook consists of six parts: text, new word, explanatory notes , grammar , pronunciation and exercises, containing 100 texts and 3,300 new words in all. Since the publication in 1999, Chinese Course has been receiving warm welcome from the learners and teachers. To meet the increasing needs for the book, it was revised and published again with the joint efforts of the author and the Beijing Language and Culture Universtiy Press. Based on the original frame, the revised edition reduced the number of lessons from 100 to 76, and the degree of difficulty is lowered to enable it to be finished within one year. Outdate texts are deleted, and the contents are revised to make the book timely. The explanations of language points are also modified, and the order is rearranged to make it more convenient for teaching

Chinese Speaking and Listening Course vol.1 (Grade 2)

《汉语听说教程》是为已经完成现代汉语基础教育一年的学生或已经掌握了2500-3000个常用词和基本语法点的外语学习者所编写的。它既可以用作汉语专业二年级本科教材,也适用于中级水平的其他类长期班及短期强化训练班。
  《对外汉语本科系列教材·汉语听说教程:语言技能类》分上下两册及学习参考书两册,共分为6个单元,24课。每单元设1课单元练习。
  每课分为听力和口语两部分。听力包括三段录音材料和听力练习,口语包括语音练习、表达形式练习、情景会话与自由表达练习。单元练习是对该单元所学内容、话题、功能、表达形式的复习以及扩展练习。
  教材努力将结构、功能、文化三方面相结合。全书以功能序列和话题序列作为编排的纲目。每课安排两项主要的功能项目,并围绕这两个功能项目安排一组并列的话题来进行功能的练习,同时,还有意识地安排相应的文化背景和口语表达形式。
  本教材对听、说两项言语技能进行了更为细致的理论分析,力求把听、说综合能力的培养落实到实处。我们将听力技能、口语技能各分解为几项微技能。练习也是针对专项或多项言语技能相应设置的,有明确的目的、要求、训练方式和检测手段,通过对听说微技能的有目的、有计划地训练,提高听说的综合能力。
  教材严格遵循教学大纲所建立的框架,词语、结构的输人尽可能接近大纲所制订的标准,功能的编排也是从功能系统中经严格挑选确定的,表达形式的选择也是在对数十部教材中出现的几百例表达形式进行统计之后确定的。
  教材语言材料的选择本着真实、实用、多样的原则,内容包括具有实用价值的新闻报道、时事评论、生活杂感、科技报道、文艺小品等等,更加贴近现代生活。语体以年轻的知识分子的语言风格为主体,囊括了不同场景下的不同年龄段、不同职业、不同兴趣、不同文化圈的人物的语言。同时,作为中级听说教材,我们尽可能体现语言的口语化与规范性,努力避免地方方言和市井语言。
  教材设计的听力标准是课堂上能大致听懂语速正常、内容熟悉的连贯性讲解,日常交际中能够基本听懂语速正常的、比较朴素的标准普通话或略带方音的普通话。口语标准是能满足一般性日常生活、社会交际及一定范围内的工作需要,能够就一般性的问题发表个人看法,参与谈话、与人讨论或争论。
